Our RAW Jelly Bush Honey is a full bodied, activated honey also known as Australia’s Manuka Honey.

It is produced to strict organic standards in the coastal bushlands of the Northern Rivers, about 30 minutes south of Byron Bay.

This honey is a limited edition as the Jelly Bush only flowers certain times of the year.

Because of its natural purity, this raw honey will crystalise fairly quickly,  hence the name Jelly Bush Honey, but that is just what real honey does.

We have written a blog post about it here. If you prefer liquid honey, simply warm up the honey to 35-40 deg C and it will liquefy again.

Our bees are able to feast on native flowers all year around so we don’t need to feed them and substitutes like sugar water or syrups.

As we don’t like plastic tubs, so our honey is available in a glass jars where practical.

Our honey is cold extracted to preserve the goodness in it, no heating, no blending.

It comes straight from the hive and is only uncapped, extracted, cold filtered and bottled, you may find tiny specs of wax in it. But thats all natural too.
