Garlic has been used for centuries, either as a flavouring in food or to help boost ones immune system. We now have it available as a powerful blend with our RAW honey.

Garlic honey can be used as a cough relief and we highly recommend it for cooking

Our bees are able to feast on native flowers all year around so we don’t need to feed them and substitutes like sugar water or syrups.

As we don’t like plastic tubs, so our honey is available in a glass jars where practical.

Our honey is cold extracted to preserve the goodness in it, no heating, no blending.

It comes straight from the hive and is only uncapped, extracted, cold filtered and bottled, you may find tiny specs of wax in it. But thats all natural too.

Because of its natural purity, our honey will crystalise over time, that is just what real honey does. We have written a blog post about it here. If you prefer liquid honey, simply warm up the honey to 35-40 deg C and it will liquefy again.
