❓ Why has my honey crystallised?
Crystallisation is a sign of quality — not a problem. It proves your honey is genuinely raw and unpasteurised. Commercial honey is heated to prevent this, destroying the very enzymes and antioxidants you’re paying for.
To return it to liquid: place the jar in a warm water bath, don't exceed 40 degrees C . Or enjoy the thick, creamy texture as-is — it’s delicious spread on toast.
How to enjoy it:
Drizzle over porridge, stir into herbal tea, spread on sourdough, or take a spoonful straight for a natural pick-me-up. Works beautifully as a sugar substitute in baking too.
